| Director of Senior Living Services Elder Care is seeking to fill this key position with a highly motivated professional that thrives in a team environment. Elder Care is a not for profit organization offering a diversified group of services to senior adults in Washington, Nowata and parts of Osage Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple departments and be competent in both a medical and social service setting. In addition, you will have a working knowledge of state and federal payment systems/contracts as well as the corresponding regulatory compliance and reporting. Experience preparing and working within an annual budget along with managing employees at all levels is also required. We prefer an individual that has experience in conducting comprehensive assessments, care planning and implementing quality assurance measures. The minimum education level is a Bachelor’s degree, RN or LPN and at least 3 years experience working with senior adults in a management level position.
