Do you care for an older adult?
Who has age-related memory loss, Alzheimer's, or other forms of
dementia?
Or other diseases associated with aging, such as Parkinson's or
Diabetes?
Helping a loved one and facing these challenges can be bewildering.
Caregivers have questions and may feel concerned, wondering what
the future will bring. Listening and talking with others who are
in a similar situation can be very helpful.
The Caregiver Education and Support Group offers accurate and up-to-date
information in a supportive setting. It also features informative
programs with guest speakers, videos,
and discussions that focus on practical help for caregivers.
The Caregiver Education and
Support Group meets weekly:
Tuesdays 10:00 am to 11:15 am
1223 Swan Drive in Bartlesville
To arrange for free care for loved ones in DayBreak Adult Day Health
Center during meetings, please call (918) 336-8500 ext. 118 in Washington
County or (918) 273-0993 in Nowata to make an appointment. Your
loved one can stay in DayBreak, Elder Care’s Adult Day Health
Services Program in the same building during the meeting.
All Caregivers are welcome.
This group is co-sponsored by Elder Care and the Bartlesville Branch
of the Alzheimer’s Association.
