Working Together To Promote Independence

     Caregiver Connection is a service that provides a collaboration between Elder Care, individuals requiring additional assistance in their homes, and their families. We address individual needs by designing a pla and utilizing a consistent companion who works with the individual on a continuing basis. Services may include companionship and interaction, social stimulation, assistance with errands and appointments, shopping, meal-planning and preparation, and even some light housekeeping.

     The companion will maintain a supportive role of advocacy and provide social connection, supervision and monitoring for moderately- to high-functioning senior adults. Intended to help both seniors and their caregivers, Caregiver Connection Companions become the eyes and ears of the caregiver, insuring that their loved one is safe and secure when they are unable to be there.
